NORTHERN SHAOLIN - EAGLE CLAW KUNG FU

Welcome to the personal blog of Shifu Marios Seretis, head coach of the <Athletic Association of Chinese Martial Arts “Art of Eagle Claw>.

My main purpose  is promote the traditional Chinese Martial Arts, mainly the Northern Shaolin Fist,  Eagle Claw Fist, and TaiJiQuan Koo’s Style. In the chinese glossary is also known as Bei Pai Shaolin Quan, and Ying Shou Quan (Ying Zhao Fan Zi). Two very famous,  Kung Fu styles with long history and powerful background in the chinese history. Learned directly from remarkable Masters as Guo XianHe, and Lung KaiMing.
